Student Artists Recognized with Regional Awards

Several student artists from Meyer High School and Rapoport Academy Elementary received recognition for excellence in art this month.  

High school students submitted artwork to the regional Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) and all students who entered received a high rating of 4 and a medal on at least one of their entries. One student, Jane Vasut, 11^th grade, will advance to the state competition with her artwork.

Additionally, two student artists per campus were selected to have art showcased in the hallways of Education Service Center Region 12. These students will be honored at an upcoming art gala and gallery walk. Congratulations to them!
