The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released its 2022 Accountability Ratings this week, and Rapoport Academy Public School earned a grade of “B” with a score of 89 in the state’s A-F accountability system.
In addition to the district’s solid “B” rating, each campus earned one or more distinction designations which are awarded when a school or district shows exceptional achievement in certain areas.
“These scores reflect the hard work of our staff and students. We have closed the gaps from pre-COVID scores and seen improvements at each of our campuses. The nine distinctions are especially exciting because they highlight growth in specific areas,” said Dr. Alexis Neumann, superintendent of Rapoport Academy.
Audre and Bernard Rapoport Elementary scored a “B” and 1 distinction for Top 25%: Comparative Academic Growth.
Quinn Public Middle School scored a “B” and 5 distinctions. The distinctions included: Academic Achievement in ELAR, Science, and Social Studies, Top 25%: Comparative Academic Growth, and Top 25%: Comparative Closing the Gaps.
Paul and Jane Meyer Public High School scored an “A” and 3 distinctions. The distinctions included: Academic Achievement in ELAR and Social Studies and Postsecondary Readiness.
