On Tuesday, Dec. 17, the McLennan County Commissioners’ Court officially recognized Rapoport Academy’s upcoming state-of-the-art facility, the Raven Court Gymnasium. The recognition took place during a Commissioners’ Court meeting.
The Raven Court Gymnasium will serve as a central hub for students and the community. It will host a variety of events, including sporting competitions, school activities, and community meetings.
“We are honored to have the support of McLennan County in recognizing this significant milestone for Rapoport Academy,” said Alexis Neumann, superintendent of Rapoport Academy. “Raven Court will honor the rich legacy of Paul Quinn College and will continue to provide opportunities for our students and the community for years to come.”
To further celebrate the upcoming opening of the Raven Court Gymnasium, supporters, alumni, and the public are encouraged to participate in the ongoing brick campaign. This initiative offers the opportunity to personalize a brick that will be permanently installed near the gym entrance. Visit www.rapoportacademy.org/brick to secure your brick and contribute to Rapoport Academy’s future.
The gymnasium is expected to open in May 2025.
